Dr. iur. Christina Schmidt– Family Lawyer in Munich
Look to the future with confidence. Since 2009, I have been advising clients on every aspect of family law – with legal precision and a great deal of empathy.
01Approach
Expertise, determination and empathy.
I see my work not only as legal representation, but also as support during a phase of life that calls for clarity and direction.
My Munich law firm stands for expertise, determination and a great deal of empathy. As a lawyer, I place particular value on clear communication, strong negotiating skills and protecting your personal interests – especially when emotions are running high.
A particular focus of my work is family law for high-net-worth individuals – where asset protection, discretion and foresight matter most.

You always know where your case stands, what the next steps are and what costs will arise.
- II
Negotiating skill
Determination backed by expertise: I negotiate as an equal – with a clear sense of what is achievable.
- III
Discretion
Particularly where significant assets or a public profile are involved, protecting your privacy is my top priority.
